I’m so pumped to see Pat Smear alongside Dave Grohl again. For some reason, that little fairy always seemed like a staple to me. Growing up in the 90s, I would see him perform in the background with such presence… unintroduced… little words… but always popping up here and there bangin it out on Nirvana unplugged or, later, Foo Fighters vids on MTV & VH1.
Legendary Germs guitarist, Nirvana & early Foo Fighters live performing guitarist - it just feels right again… (for me, anyway)
     Oh, and I’ve never run into anyone else that noticed the play on words with his name… Pat Smear => Pap Smear… just a little tid bit in case you never caught that haha. And if you don’t know what a pap smear is, I recommend you ask your girlfriend.
